EXPERIENCE
Fifteen years of Customer Service and Management experience in the Hotel and Food Service industry;
Eight years experience in Real Estate Practices: Residential and Commercial Property Buying, Selling, Leasing and Property Management as well as Corporate Relocation and Business Brokerage.

Bob left his successful hospitality management career and joined Century 21 in 2000, and now is a Texas licensed broker/owner of BOBCAI Realty International, focusing on residential and commercial properties including brokerage, investment, development and management.
His sales volume has increased each year since 2003. And the knowledge acquired through many designations Bob has earned enables him to offer exemplary service to his clients. Bob also works extensively with commercial and international buyers/investors from China, Singapore and Mexico. He serves as Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) International Advisory Group (IAG) since 2010.
