Recently we have hired a new Executive Chef, Masa-San, to helm the kitchen here at Azuma Kirby. Masa- San is known for his outstanding traditional Japanese food and we are very excited about his new menu and daily specials. Azuma Kirby was the first restaurant opened by The Azuma Group, and since its inception has been known for innovative dishes, warm service and its beautiful dining space. Over the years many more sushi bars opened around us and in the city. We changed the menu several times, always adding some non traditional dishes to the menu that we hoped would be popular. As the competition around us increased we realized we needed to go back to our roots and decided recently that we wanted to reintroduce the outstanding traditional Japanese cuisine Azuma Kirby was originally known for.

We have kept many of the most popular items from before, revamped and improved others and added many new traditional items not seen in local Japanese restaurants. While different in some ways than the previous menu, we believe after trying the new menu items our respected guests will be satisfied and will come to have some new favorite dishes here at Azuma Kirby.

With so many sushi bars in Houston, we know the new menu will ensure Azuma Kirby stands out from the pack. We believe with the addition of these tasty traditional dishes we have now added, we have made Azuma Kirby that much more distinctive and special. Enjoy.
