We are seeking a motivated candidate to fill the on-site role of company administration and coordinator in our rapidly growing firm. This individual should be comfortable to handle admin works within the firm and communicate directly with clients.
We offer competitive salary packages, USD 50,000-60,000 Annual Salary.
Job Description: · General Administration coordination work · Processing document in an accurate and timely manner · Interacting with customers, vendors and foreign agents · Responding in a timely manner to customer request. · General accounting assistance tasks e.g. Processing invoices accurately · Performing any other related tasks as assigned
Qualification : • Associates degree in office administration/accounting or related field. • Experience in the manufacture industry is a plus •Excellent bilingual (Mandarin/English) verbal and written communication skills is a mandatory. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software. • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
