We are looking for a bilingual office assistant who is fluent in both Spanish and Mandarin to join our team. As a bilingual office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our office and helping us bridge language barriers with our clients who speak Spanish and Mandarin. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills in both languages.
Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner in both Spanish and Mandarin Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and copying documents Translate documents, emails, and other written materials from Spanish/Mandarin to English, and vice versa Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner Manage office supplies and inventory, and order supplies as needed Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Fluency in both Spanish and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Bachelor diploma or equivalent; Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office-related applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detailA bility to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
