Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional to manage our ocean import operations. This role requires a proactive problem solving skill and understanding of the international shipment process.

Duties
Manage pre-alerts and ensure timely Importer Security Filing (ISF)submissions.Collect all the necessary Document in time.Manage shipment release.Prepare arrival notices, facilitate customs clearance, and manage final deliveries.Handle accurate invoicing.Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the shipment process.Manage shipments from pre-alert through final delivery.

Qualifications
BS/BA degree1+ year experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.In-depth knowledge of import processes and freight forwarding regulationsPreferred: Bilingual English/ChineseFamiliarity with Incoterms.Must be detailed orientated, highly organized and able to multi-task.Professional writing ability for effective customer and partner communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)


Working Hours
Mondays-Fridays 8am-5pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
